My Baker!

Cooper has ALWAYS loved to help me in the kitchen, no matter what I am cooking at the moment. One of his favorite things to do is help out when DOUGH is involved. He doesn't care what kind of dough--cookie dough, yeast roll dough, cinnamon roll dough, shortcake dough, etc. Since peaches are in season, today we were making a peach pie so it was pie dough! This, actually, is probably his favorite kind of dough! He likes to get his little rolling pin out and roll his own crust. We then cover his with cinnamon, sugar, and butter and bake it! He has also gotten so good at cutting in the shortening and today he learned how to pinch the sides of the crust along the rim. Here is our finished product! Oh, Cooper thought we should write a letter on the top and he picked the letter "A". So, if you look closely, you will see it!
