When Kyle is gone teaching college I usually cook as little as possible. I just don't want to make a huge meal for just Cooper and myself and then have to eat on it for days on end. So, tonight Coop and I were eating hot dogs (one of his favorites) and we had the ketchup bottle sitting out on the table in front of us. Cooper saw the letter "T" for tomato on the label and proceeded to tell me each letter he saw until he spelled the whole word out. I was very proud of him so I called my parents so they could hear him spell "tomato" over the phone. I then called Kyle's parents, but they were not home. So, we decided to spell it to their answering machine for them to hear when they got home. We went over each letter--T, O, M, A, T, O. I then said, "What does that spell?" to which Cooper said, "KETCHUP"!!!!!!!!
